Some fixed images give the idea of blue-petaled butterflies I have only one answer Yes, Shanku pushpam or Butterfly pea It is distinct with its butterfly appearance with a yellow center and blue peripheral. These flowers have medicinal value at the same time Now it is trendy to utilize them for making blue tea which is cool and refreshing with its lemon flavor. This flower is also used for spiritual practices it is believed that these flowers are the favorite of Lord Ayyappan who was born due to the union of supreme gods Shiva and Vishnu overly it’s a traditional flower in Kerala that plays an important role in Athapookalam of Onam.
